Who, then, is "Us"?

One might think that God is talking to the angels He had created, the answer is found in (John 1:1-5) In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God; all things were made through him, and without him was not anything made that was made. In him was life, and the life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.
Vs. 14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, full of grace and truth; we have beheld his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father.

Here it is fully established, the pre-incarnate existence of Christ who is one with the Father and co-creator of the universe and who was born into the world as a human being inbued with the divine spirit of God, He is Jesus of Nazereth, (Yeshua) whose coming was foretold of old. I want to establish that as foundational to further commentary as opposed to the idea that He is a god or merely a great prophet, take note that I speak of Him in the present tense because He is, was and always will be.
